1.1. Individual entrepreneur Roman Vladimirovich Korepanov, INN (taxpayer identification number) 180934843380, OGRNIP (primary state registration number for an individual entrepreneur) 326180000069496, hereinafter the Provider, offers to enter into a contract for access to the NetGuardVPN service on the terms of this Agreement.
1.2. The service’s official resources are the website https://netguardvpn.com, the web application https://app.netguardvpn.com, and the Telegram bot https://t.me/NetGuardVPN_bot. The service provides a VPN connection and tools for managing access and subscriptions.
1.3. This Agreement is a public offer. Before purchasing, the user reviews this Agreement, the Personal Data Processing Policy, and the terms of the selected plan. Paying for a subscription after being given the opportunity to review these terms constitutes acceptance of the offer and conclusion of the contract.
1.4. For free trial access, the user accepts the service’s usage rules when enabling the trial after reviewing them. Simply opening the website or starting the bot does not create an obligation to pay for a subscription.
1.5. The current version is published on the service’s official resources. Changes do not reduce the user’s rights for an already paid period and do not remove mandatory rights provided by law. New purchases are subject to the terms available to the user before payment.
2 Connection and Subscription Period
2.1. A subscription is activated immediately after successful payment. If there is no active subscription, the period starts at the time of successful payment. On renewal, the newly paid period is added to the remaining term of the active subscription.
2.2. One subscription month is 30 calendar days. Three, six, and twelve months are 90, 180, and 360 calendar days respectively.
2.3. Settings and instructions are provided through the bot or web application. Connection requires a compatible device, internet access, and suitable software. If access does not become available after successful payment, the user may contact support.
2.4. The free trial lasts 24 hours and includes three devices, a shared limit of 160 GB, all available locations, and Allowlist bypass. Eligibility for another trial is determined by the terms displayed in the interface before it is enabled. Trial access does not constitute consent to paid renewal.
2.5. Not using the service does not, by itself, pause the paid period. This condition does not restrict the right to withdraw from the contract, receive refunds, or make claims relating to defects in the service.
3 Plans and Pricing
3.1. Prices are stated in Russian rubles. The user sees the total price for the selected period and options before payment. Additional paid options are enabled at the user’s choice.
3.2. Basic costs 79 ₽ for 30 days and includes three devices and a shared monthly limit of 450 GB. Allowlist bypass is not included in this plan. Basic is available for a one-month term.
3.3. The base price of Pro for three devices is 149 ₽ for 30 days, 399 ₽ for 90 days, 719 ₽ for 180 days, or 1359 ₽ for 360 days. Pro allows a choice of three to ten devices. The shared monthly limit is 300 GB multiplied by the selected number of devices.
3.4. In Pro, each device beyond the first three adds 40 ₽ for each month of the selected term. Allowlist bypass adds 49 ₽ for each month of the selected term. The total price is calculated from the base price for the term and the cost of the selected additional options.
3.5. Traffic limits are shared by the devices on the selected subscription. The current limit status and available subscription operations are displayed in the bot and web application. The cost of any additional paid operation is shown before confirmation; such an operation is not performed without the user’s selection or a setting separately enabled by the user.
3.6. Price changes apply to new purchases and do not alter the price of an already paid period. Automatic renewal at a higher price requires advance notice and the user’s consent to the new amount.
4 Payment Methods and Internal Balance
4.1. The user selects an available payment method in the service interface. Connected payment providers, including CloudPayments and RollyPay, are used to accept payments. The availability of a particular method is determined at the time of payment.
4.2. Bank card details are entered in the provider’s payment interface intended for that purpose. The Provider does not request full card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, banking passwords, or verification codes through bot or support messages.
4.3. The internal monetary balance records funds available to pay for the service. Adding funds to the balance does not, by itself, purchase a subscription. A subscription is paid for from the balance at the user’s choice or according to a renewal setting previously enabled by the user.
4.4. The regular internal balance and referral balance are recorded separately. The regular balance is intended for payment for the service; it has no withdrawal function. Withdrawals are available only from the referral balance under the procedure set out in Section 5. Subscription payment refunds are considered separately under Section 7.
4.5. Automatic renewal from the internal balance is disabled by default. Users can enable and disable it themselves in the Telegram bot’s “Balance” section. The plan, amount, and renewal terms must be available before it is enabled. A debit cannot exceed the available balance or create a debt without the user’s separate consent.
4.6. Enabling renewal from the internal balance does not authorize charges to a bank card. Changes to the payment method or renewal amount require separate agreement with the user.
5 Referral Program
5.1. A user may invite another user through their referral link. A reward of 15% of the payment amount is credited for each subscription payment made by the invited user. This rule applies to both the first purchase and subsequent subscription payments.
5.2. Simply adding funds to a balance without purchasing a subscription does not qualify for the 15% reward. The association with the invited user and information about rewards are displayed in the service’s referral section.
5.3. Referral funds may be spent on the service or withdrawn using the procedure available in the interface. The available methods and terms of a particular withdrawal are displayed before a request is submitted. The Provider may request information necessary to make the payment and maintain mandatory records.
5.4. If a payment for which a reward was credited is canceled or refunded, the corresponding reward is adjusted. This adjustment does not restrict the subscription purchaser’s right to a full refund in cases provided by this Agreement or by law.
5.5. The Provider may change the program terms for future payments by publishing the new terms on official resources in advance. Rewards credited for previously completed valid payments under the earlier rules are retained.
6 Use and Restrictions
6.1. The user complies with the selected device limit and uses the service for lawful purposes. Sharing access with another person is not, by itself, prohibited. When granting access, the user takes into account that the other person will be able to use their connection and ensures the security of the account and configurations.
6.2. Spam, fraud, distribution of malicious software, attacks on networks and devices, unauthorized access, interference with the operation of the service, and other unlawful actions are prohibited.
6.3. Lawful use of P2P/BitTorrent is permitted on the server specifically designated for torrents. This traffic is restricted on other servers. A connection that violates this condition may be restricted to protect the operation of the service.
6.4. Available connection destinations include Germany, Sweden, the Netherlands, France, the USA, Japan, Estonia, Finland, Poland, Romania, Kazakhstan, Russia, Turkey, and India. Current location availability is displayed in the service. A particular location may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or network problems.
6.5. Speed depends on the device, the user’s network, routing, and load. The server location capacity stated on the website does not represent a guaranteed speed for each connection.
6.6. In the event of a material violation of the rules, the Provider may restrict access to the extent necessary to stop the violation and protect the service. A restriction does not remove the user’s mandatory rights and does not entail unconditional retention of the entire payment for a future period.
6.7. The authenticity of an offer or advertising link can be checked through support. The terms of a particular promotion apply only when confirmed by the Provider or published on an official resource.
7 Refunds and Outage Compensation
7.1. Users may request a full refund of a subscription payment without giving a reason within 72 hours of successful payment. This guarantee applies to every subscription payment, including renewals. Upon a full refund, access provided for the refunded payment ends; any previously paid and unrefunded remaining period is retained.
7.2. Requests may be sent to support@netguardvpn.com or Telegram https://t.me/netguardvpnhelp. To locate the transaction, provide a Telegram ID or another account identifier, the payment date and amount, and the transaction number if known. Support may request additional information necessary to confirm the payment. Secret banking credentials are not required for this purpose.
7.3. Refunds are processed within one working week after the payment has been identified and the necessary information received.
7.4. Money is refunded using the original payment method where technically possible. If the subscription was paid for from an internal balance, the amount is restored to the balance from which it was debited. If a standard refund is unavailable, a permissible method is agreed with the user.
7.5. In the event of a service-wide outage, the Provider adds days to affected users’ subscriptions. The outage period and the amount of the additional extension are announced through the service’s official resources.
8 Liability and Personal Data
8.1. The Provider provides access throughout the paid period. Issuing a configuration does not mean that the entire service for a future period has already been fully provided.
8.2. The Provider is responsible for fulfilling its obligations in accordance with the law. Users are responsible for their own unlawful actions. Limitations of liability do not apply to the extent that they deprive users of mandatory rights.
8.3. Personal data is processed according to a separate policy available on the official resources.
8.4. Account deletion can be requested through support. If the user has an active subscription or a monetary balance, the procedure for termination of service and refunds is coordinated when the request is handled. Certain records may be retained to meet mandatory legal requirements.

9.1. Questions about connection, payments, subscriptions, refunds, and data are accepted through the contacts listed below. Contacting support does not deprive users of the right to apply to a court or an authorized body. Disputes are resolved under applicable law and the jurisdiction rules prescribed by law.
